Why the fuck can’t cartoons be like this anymore?  Back when I was still a kid in body (my mind hasn’t changed since then) and you watched a cartoon, you damn well knew from the intro song on that this was going to be some damn heroic, nay epic shit going on. There was fast-pacing action, the story didn’t dither half as much as it does in modern cartoons (seriously, do they think kids these days nowadays?). And most of all: THERE WAS NO GODDAMN DUBBING OVER HERE!!! Who the hell thought it makes it more fun to watch was so wrong on so many levels he deserves to be shot.

You don’t even have to watch these shows to know I’m right, just listening to the theme song of Ring Raiders, Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors, Transformers or any of these shows will know I’m right. And yes I know a ton of people said all this more elaborately and eloquently than I have. But I’ve been listening to theme songs all afternoon and I wanted to put this down, so there.
